Free worldwide shipping

It takes up to 2 business days for us to process your order and it should arrive up to 12 days since purchase. 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Customers pay eventual import fees. If customers fail to recieve their shipment such as not paying the import fee and not picking the shipment up then they have no right for a refund. We follow DAP for our Incoterms.

DAP – Delivered At Place

The seller bears the costs and risks during the transport of the goods to an agreed address. As soon as the goods have arrived at this address and are ready for unloading, the risk passes to the buyer. The recipient pays any import and customs costs.
